This is quite possibly the easiest lasagna recipe you’ll come across, and something we came up with based on our own experiences with easy lasagna recipes and our own preferences for ingredients.
Let me warn you though – this recipe for lasagna does NOT include cottage cheese, or any other type of fancy cheese. Just regular shredded mozzarella cheese. Why? Because we don’t care for any other kind.
So let’s get down to the lasagna recipe….
1 pound ground beef, cooked
1 medium jar spaghetti sauce (your choice)
1/2 package lasagna noodles, cooked
1-2 bags mozzarella cheese, shredded
Cook your noodles and hamburger (separate, of course). Grease a large baking pan and layer it with noodles. Spread about half your spaghetti sauce over the noodles. Sprinkle ground hamburger on top. Sprinkle cheese over hamburger to completely cover. Repeat with another layer. On your last layer, you should have just noodles and cheese.
Bake at 350* until cheese is golden brown (about 45 minutes).
The kids absolutely LOVE this lasagna, and it’s about the only type they’ll eat. Sometimes less is more, and that’s for sure the case with this particular recipe. Nothing fancy, and even some “normal lasagna” ingredients excluded to please everyone.
